Please download and review the 22nd Ward Development Packet and follow the link below and fill out the form to provide us with introductory information on your project. There is a section at the end where you may attach permit applications, architectural drawings, and other files.

Once we have received project information, we will review and reach out within 5 business days to schedule a meeting with the Alderman and / or ward staff.
